The Summer House (Casa Estiva) was (re)built in the most ancient roman and traditional masseria style, only with massive blocks of sicilian sandstone, Chiaramonte stone slabs, massive wood (pine, wallnut and olive), traditional sicilian terracotta tiles and wrought iron, with the help local artisan masons, and carpenters, the real custodians of the ancient art.

Villa Mireabilis estate covers about 7000sqm with more than half a hectare covered by several gardens (front, side, rear and Mediterranean). The Ruin of the Sant’Antonino Convent (XIII-XIV Century)

The construction of the church of Sant’Antonino of Padova dates back to the XIVth, possibly XIIIth century (there are no certain sources on this matter). Adjacent to the church are the ruins of the convent of the Conventual Franciscans of Sant’Antonino, whose foundation would have been laid sometime between 1514 and 1522.
