Highlights: This is a relatively long cruising tour that is open only to a crew that has a sailing license and proven offshore skills and experience, including night sailing and long living on board. Depending the season, with the various trade winds (Scirocco-SE, Mistral-N/NW, Grecalo-NE), all the stages of the cruise can be sailed without engine (typically at 4-8kn/h). The stopovers are a mixture of world famous historical cities (Valletta, Agrigento, Monastir), relaxation (Lampedusa, Sousse, Hammamet, Pantelleria) and spectacular nature (Linosa). Sailing at night under a spectacular Milky Way, throwing the anchor in the collapsed and colorful volcano crater of Cala Pozzolana in Linosa lined with dangerous rocks that can be very challenging for the skipper and the crew or approaching the fortress of Monastir or Scala dei Turchi and the greek temples of Agrigento from the sea are just a few absolutely unique and memorable highlights of this cruise. For the avid of discovery and culture there are plenty ancient temples, palaces, fortresses, medinas and museums to visit and, of course, excellent italiand, arab and fusion cuisines to enjoy. Swimming, snorkelling, underwater scooter and SUP are the staple activities of this cruise.

- Sousse, Tunisia – Hammamet, Tunisia (35nm, 5-6h) – day sailing
- Hammamet, Tunisia – Kelibia, Tunisia (40nm, 6-7h) – day sailing

Moorings: Marina di Ragusa – home port; La Valletta, Linosa, Lampedusa, Monastir, Sousse, Hammamet, Kelibia, Pantelleria, Porto Empedocle – marinas.
This cruising tour project is proposed in the following three formulas:
- Full Cruise: 22 days – 2 days preparation (Villa Mireabilis, Scicli, Sicily) + 10 days sailing (1 stage/day) + 9 days stop-overs + 1 day spare/cool-off/departure (Villa Mireabilis, Scicli, Sicily).
- Partial Cruise 1 week – various configurations can be proposed with start and end points at Marina di Ragusa, La Valletta, Lampedusa, Monastir, Hammamet, Pantelleria or Agrigento where airports, ferries or taxi services are available to reconnect with your departure and destination points. A minimum crew of one plus the skipper is required at any stage of the cruise.
- Partial Cruise 2 weeks – various configurations can be proposed with start and end points at Marina di Ragusa, La Valletta, Lampedusa, Monastir, Hammamet, Pantelleria or Agrigento where airports, ferries or taxi services are available to reconnect with your departure and destination points. A minimum crew of one plus the skipper is required at any stage of the cruise.
Prices*:
- Full Cruise: 9600 Euros (skippered by us) + all expenses shared by the crew (marinas, fuel, food on board), including two night stays in B&B+** at Villa Mireabilis. Does not include restaurants.
- Partial Cruise 1 week: 4000 Euros (skippered by us) + all expenses shared by the crew (marinas, fuel, food on board), including three night stays in B&B+** at Villa Mireabilis. Does not include restaurants.
- Partial Cruise 2 weeks: 7000 Euros (skippered by us) + all expenses shared by the crew (marinas, fuel, food on board), including three night stays in B&B+** at Villa Mireabilis. Does not include restaurants.
* – These are Mireabilis Cruises and the prices are all-taxes included. The price is for the boat, shared among the crew whatever the size of the crew might be (skipper not included). In case the crew is split between the various formulas, the prices per crew member are a pro-rata (for a crew of four) of their formula. (for example: if a crew has chosen a “1 week” formula, his price will be 1000 Euros (1000Euros/week); if a crew member has opted for the “2 weeks formula”, his price will be 1750 Euros (875Euros/week); if a crew member has chosen the “full cruise” formula, his price will be 2400 euros (800Euros/week).
