We work in such a way that we will come to formulate together a holiday package that will satisfy all your group requirements and, in the measure of the possible, your individual needs. For us, the most important, would say paramount, is that you will experience that dream holiday filled with adventure, discovery, thrill, enchantment and relaxation so you will never forget it and make you wish to return.

Our Principles, Terms & Conditions

All our offers will be structured around the following general principles and terms and conditions:

1. ONLY GROUPS – We address only groups of minimum 4 and maximum 9(10) persons. We do not have individual offers.
2. ONLY BY PREVIOUS BOOKING – Because our offers are highly customized and require significant prior preparation, we accept only groups with a valid booking, negotiated and paid in advance.
3. ONE FINAL PRICE – Once agreed on the offer, we propose only one final price. We do not offer individual prices per person or per activity.
4. PAYMENT – We require a partial payment of minimum 30% at the moment of the booking and a full payment at least 30 days before the arrival.
5. FINANCIAL DEPOSITS – For certain type of activities like for example sailing or driving (our cars) additional financial deposits will be required. We will let you know what and how much.
6. CANCELLATION – An eventual cancellation must be made at least 30 days before. Cancellations within less than 30 days will not be possible. Function of the extra activities selected from our friends and partners a CANCELLATION FEE from 5 to 10% might be perceived. If you decide to cancel, please contact us before to check if such a cancellation fee will be applicable to you.
7. ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS – For certain types of activities like for example sailing, diving or driving, additional documents like appropriate and valid licenses and insurances will be eventually required.
8. FROM & TO THE AIRPORT – As a general rule, we will organise your group transportation from and to the airport with comfortable passenger vans. If, for particular reasons you wish to organize your own transportation, please check with us first as certain parking constraints and extra fees might be applicable.
9. BABIES & SMALL CHILDREN – As a general rule we do not take care and responsibility of babies. Small children, minimum 6 and up to 8 years of age, if they can be accomodated together with their parents, will go free.
10. BED & BREAKFAST – The general hosting formula is in the form of Bed & Breakfast because we highly reccomend you to sample the local restaurants (under our reccomendation or your discovery) which serve excellent local dishes and drinks at extremely competitive prices. An exception from this rule and depending on the structure of our offer to you are the following:
    • A FISH & SEAFOOD GROUP DINNER – with super fresh ingredients from the local fishmonger markets, cooked and served in front of you and with your collaboration in our garden where music and dancing is possible until you decide to stop. Very good local wines, beers or soft drinks will be included.
    • A MEAT & VEGGIES BBQ – with varuious meats from the local butchers and super fresh veggies from the local farms. Music and dancing is possible until you decide to stop. Very good local wines, beers or soft drinks will be included.
    • TRADITIONAL COOKING – if you have chosen in your holiday package local and traditional cooking lessons organised in concert with our friends, chefs or nonas (grandmothers), then the food prepared by you and them will be served to you for lunch or dinner. Music and dancing is possible until you decide to stop. Very good local wines, beers or soft drinks will be included.
11. LOST & FOUND – Any belongings that you may have forgotten on our premises (villa, boat, etc) we will inform you about and we will strive to find the best and fastest way to return them to you.

Not everything can and might be foreseen and specified in our offer and agreement, but we would like to assure you that everything we do is in full trust, confidence and confidentiality and with the desire to offer you the best experience you’ve ever had in Sicily.

Our Approach

We have, fundamentally, three approaches so you can choose the one that best fits you.

1. FORMAL – with a fully agreed package in advance. From the moment you arrive until leave, we will execute the previously agreed program and activities. Any variations can be proposed and negotiated in the limit of possibility and availability. Extra costs might be incurred. A bit like in the army or the boarding school!
2. INFORMAL – a flexible mix-and-match of our activities is proposed, like for example: sailing and biking, biking and cooking, etc. It can be adjusted along the route, within the limit of the possibility and particular constraints. As a general rule, only the activities proposed from our friends and partners might incur cancellation or rescheduling fees. A bit like when you organize yourself your holidays, only this time, with our help and support.
3. FAMILY & FRIENDS – all our activities are available and can be planned in advance or organized on the spot. For example, you don’t want to wake up early, or you want see and do a particular thing because you found something enticing about it on the internet or just heard about it from us. You are however expected to participate to the effort and if extra costs are implied you will take care of them. In this formula, beside the fun activities, the extra meals (lunches or dinners) will be decided, organized and prepared together, just like you would do during a sort of AirBnB holiday where you will cater for yourselves. A bit like when your family or friends come visiting you at your country home and you have to take care of them… or the other way around.

The Process

1. Contact us first (email, WhatsApp or telephone) and tell us WHO and HOW MANY (min 4 max 9) you are, WHAT would you like to do and WHEN.
2. If your needs and wishes require the collaboration of some of our friends and partners, we will need to check with them first (form, package, availability, prices, etc.).
3. We contact you back with a draft proposal where we strive to fullfil your requirements and needs and a full package price for the entire group. If this draft requires adjustments, we will iterate until you will be satisfied.
4. Once we have agreed on the content and price, we will make you a formal offer with a final price and the variations and extra costs will be specified.
5. Payments must be made in full, no less than 30 days before your arrival (see the principles).
6. If certain things must be done in preparation by you, we will remind you about that.
7. On the arrival date, we will collect you all from the airport and bring you to our villa, which will be the base for every next day adventures, unless for example a multi-day cruise has been planned. As a general rule, your rooms will be available from 15:00h onwards.
8. Our villa will become the base for all daily activities during your stay. Unless differently agreed, we will take care of your transportation during your entire stay.
9. On the departure day, we will transport you back to the airport and as a general rule, the rooms must be vacated before 12:00am.
