Villa Mireabilis: The Summer House
The Summer House (Casa Estiva) was (re)built in the most ancient roman and traditional masseria style, only with massive blocks of sicilian sandstone, Chiaramonte stone slabs, massive wood (pine, wallnut and olive), traditional sicilian terracotta tiles and wrought iron, with the help local artisan masons, and carpenters, the real custodians of the ancient art.

Set at the junction of three valleys just a few kilometers from the sea, the medieval layout of its neighborhoods is dense with pink houses kissed by the warm sun.

The Ruin of the Sant’Antonino Convent (XIII-XIV Century), Scicli, Sicily
The construction of the church of Sant’Antonino of Padova dates back to the XIVth, possibly XIIIth century (there are no certain sources on this matter). Adjacent to the church are the ruins of the convent of the Conventual Franciscans of Sant’Antonino, whose foundation would have been laid sometime between 1514 and 1522.

The Feast of Santa Maria del Carmelo – La Valletta, Malta
The Feast of Santa Maria del Carmelo in Valletta, Malta, on the 16th of July, is a religious celebration dedicated to Our Lady of Mount Carmel. It is celebrated annually on July 16th, and involves a procession with the statue of the Santa Maria del Carmelo through the streets on a decorated fercolo (platform). The Palace of The Grand Master of The Order Of Malta – La Valletta, Malta
The palace was initially built as the official residence for the Grand Master of the Knights Hospitaller (later the Order of Malta). The Knights ruled Malta for over 250 years. Now it houses the Maltese Parliament and the Office of the President. It’s a historic building, constructed in the 16th century, and features notable rooms like the Throne Room and Tapestry Chamber, along with an impressive Armoury.
